Shipping and Return Policy


We offer free shipping on all orders over $300, before taxes. A flat rate of $20 applies to all other orders. We ship FedEx overnight; however, we reserve the right to use others carriers at our discretion. All our parcels are fully insured.

Please note that for security reasons, we will not ship on Thursdays, Fridays, or in any situation where the parcel cannot be shipped overnight (i.e., holiday weekends, etc.).



Rest assured that we will process your order as quickly as possible. Please allow for 7 business days before inquiring about your order.

In the event your order cannot be filled (i.e., the product was sold in-store at the same time your online order was submitted), you will be notified as quickly as possible and fully refunded.

In an event where your item is found to be defective, you will be fully refunded upon receipt and inspection of the item. Rest assured, we inspect all items before shipping them to you.


Return Policy

  1. Contact us by email or by phone to let us know why the item is being returned. Returns will be accepted within 14 days after receiving your package. We do not cover return shipping charges, nor will we accept COD on returned packages.
  2. Packing your order: Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials and documents, including the packing slip and all accompanying documentation (i.e, the diamond certificate), if any (a $200 replacement fee will be charged otherwise) in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if you do not). Note: Do not write “La Mine d’Or”, “jewellery”, “diamonds” or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites theft. The return address should be the following:

  3.  Shipment and Insurance: Use an appropriate shipping method depending on the value of your package. For your protection, please insure every return and make sure you get a receipt confirming your return has reached La Mine d’Or. La Mine d’Or is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to La Mine d’Or.
  4. Your return or exchange can be shipped back to La Mine d’Or by the carrier of your choice.
  5. For all shipments, La Mine d’Or highly recommends that you insure your package. La Mine d’Or is not responsible for providing any insurance coverage for your returned items.
  6. La Mine d’Or will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon the receipt of the item. La Mine d’Or will refund the full cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds of online purchases will be made to the credit card used to make the purchase.
  7. In order for La Mine d’Or to accept your return, the following conditions must be met:
    1. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you from La Mine d’Or within 14 days of the day you received it. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund.
    2. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
    3. If the item(s) are damaged in transit to La Mine d’Or due to insufficient packaging, the item(s) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
